- You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- You may try on items, but wearing them is not permitted.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some items is not allowed.

Return Process
- Submit a return request by contacting us at info@aliceciaradublin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return can be monitored.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item at the designated return address and approve its condition, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address is given, the customer is responsible.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
